Makeshift Suit: A suit made out of many lightweight metals scrounged up among the earth. Despite the look on the outside, is not that heavy, although can become a burden to carry at times. Because of this, Sumizome has been able to gain increased endurance and strength, going for days training himself with this suit, and usually ending by collapsing on the ground and laying there. its technology isnt that great, as it uses only what the earth can provide. To keep himself hydrated, It has small cells in the armor which soak up water, and keep him cool whenever he is out in the blaring sun, however this runs out fast, which is why he makes stops to a spring at least 5 times during the night. The cells themselves are pron to break and leak out the water, which can be very dangerous. It is of course armor, thus making attacks against him dulled. On the inside, it keeps Sumizome completely surrounded in darkness, the visor of the helmet shrouding the world in a blackish-purple, making the whole world seem like night time 24/7. It has been made to take multiple attachments to enhance it. However, through events that shall not be explained here, the suit has completely bonded to Sumizome, making it basically his body. It can never come off again. The only part that reveals his body to the world is the head area, which retracts down into the neck of the suit to reveal his true head. This is not done often.

Beam Sword: A collection of metals melded together into the form of a sword. The metal has been tinted an orangish color, and glows when the 'beam' part of it is activated. The beam part is a collection of heat turned into a kind of energy that is sharp and pierces through easily. A device by the base of the blade, absorbs heat from the air, and processes it into the energy, however the device breaks very often, but can be fixed rather easily, but the process usually takes to long to do during battle

Heat Ray: The heat ray is a gun made by Sumizome devised of a bunch of metals, and shaped into the shape it is (can be seen on avatar) It shoots bunches of metal formed into the shape of bullets, but because they are not actual bullets, they by themselves do not penetrate very well. of course because these bullets are made, they are not always perfect, and has a chance to jam the weapon every time it fires. This can be fixed quite easily, but it takes awhile to do, turning the gun into nothing more than a blunt weapon in battle until time can be found to fix it. The bullets however, are improved when shot. A device like the kind used on the beam sword, absorbs heat and turns it into a type of energy which surrounds the bullet, making it fly faster and of course penetrate deeply, almost doing as much damage as the kinds of guns used in the past. The bullets are fired rapidly, but of course cant go very far before they start to lose force, However the can go further than most weapons now used on earth. The device of coarse fails sometimes.

Heat Condenser: A device that Sumizome uses on most of his weapons to enhance their performance. It absorbs the heat from the desert and condenses large amounts of it into a form of energy. The device is designed to absorb large amounts of heat, and place them together into a basic shape, then pushes it out over the weapon it is attached to. However, because of the large amounts of heat it has to absorb, it overheats very often, and sometimes breaks apart when it does so. Also, the way is basically sucks the heat from the air, it drains the oxygen from the area just around the device, making it impossible to breath while its working. When used on the Heat Ray, it must 'charge' before shooting out only a few bullets at a time. When used on the Beam Sword, the beam is only activated while the blade is swung.

These are inventions that Sumizome has on his person at all times, he has many other devices that he leaves at his home that he only uses sometimes. These however, are always on him.

Any distinguishing marks: Makeshift suit has bonded itself to Sumizome, making it basically his skin, never to be removed except for a small area which can mold into the rest of the suit: The head. When revealed, his skin is ghostly white from lack of any kind of light.


Personality: Sumizome is an inventor, so he naturally tries to sell things in which he makes for supplies to help him get along. He hates it when people disapprove or criticize his inventions, and usually kills them with it to show them how useful it really is, if it is designed for combat or defense. Being a pirate, his life is harsh and so he reflects that with his personality, being harsh, rough, and intolerable. However he is still human, and has his soft side, which none even know exist besides the ones he is closest to. He does not have a completely cold heart, however he trusts no one and never lets his guard down. On good days, he is neutral, being neither extremely harsh or completely kind, and is usually easy to get along with. On bad days, he is extremely harsh and already moderately angry. On these days it is best to avoid him. Because he has been living in darkness his whole life, he tends to live in it. Only coming out in the light because his suit keeps the light off of his actual body. He has a great liking and preference to darkness and is known to grow stronger when truly surrounded in it.


Strengths: Sumizome uses many kinds of makeshift weapons he made himself, ranging from guns and other projectile weapons, to close quarter combat weapons and devices. He has a large selection of things that benefit him in battle in ways weapons cant, such as devices that increase his precision by manipulating his mind into becoming clear of everything else but the target, and devices that disrupt the enemy, like devices that distract the target, and so on. As assumed, to be able to create these things, he has a very high intellect, and of course uses it in battle. So naturally he is proficient in all kinds of battle tactics, but is distinguished in none. In other words, he is well balanced. He usually keeps himself surrounded in darkness, making the day look like night through the visor of his helmet, so his power is usually increased if he takes his helmet off in the middle of the night, as he thrives on darkness itself

Weaknesses: Of course because of the planets lack of power, Sumizomes devices usually fail him, making him resort to his standard basis of attacks, His beam sword (Which the beam itself sometimes runs out, leaving nothing but the blunt yet sharp metal) and his heat Ray (which sometimes loses the function to absorb heat, making the shots nothing more than bullets that dont even penetrate very deep) Also, his high intellect as lead him to become cocky, leading him to usually underestimating enemies and opponents. It is because of this that he finds himself in rather tight situations most of the time. He thrives on knowing that he is surrounded by darkness, so is usually disabled greatly when he is shrouded in the light, which only happens if he is caught with his helmet retracted in the middle of an extremely bright spot. Doing this to him, and keeping him that way is the only way to ensure victory over him.


History: Sumizome was born in the darkness. his parents were both outcasts, and forced to live as pirates. They despised the light, and chose to live in darkness. He grew up in the dark, and living like a pirate. His parents did everything pirates did, and taught him how to live on his own while teaching him the ways of pirates. Despite their harsh way of life, his parents loved him, but of course didnt expect him to be weak, which unfortunately he was. However, he made up for his lack of brawn with his extent of brain. From an early age he was inventing things to help his parents, and they were impressed. He was soon making inventions that helped in many ways, and they were very happy together. They only lived like pirates because they had too, being outcasts meant their supplies were slim, which was why they stole. So Sumizome started selling his inventions to the people for supplies behind his parents back. When they found out of course, it wasnt pretty. They were angry because he was 'mingling with the enemy' and making bonds with some of the people. Despite the sucess this way, they were infuriated, and started to beat him. During this beating, one of his inventions that was designed to take out threats once they were detected, was alerted to the threat on Sumizome, and killed the two of them. He couldnt believe what he had done. In his depression, he made the suit he wears to this day to shroud himself in darkness for the rest of his life, and made events so that the suit would bond to him and never come off. However, he continued to sell his inventions to the people, which was a success. Yet, he was attacked by wanderers, and barely escaped with his life. It was then that he decided that he would need to have weapons on his person at all times, and came to create the Beam Sword and Heat Ray. So to this day, he continues to make inventions and sell them to people to get by. for a pirate hes rather decent, but he has the habit of raiding towns like most of them do. Hes not much of a threat unless assaulted, and has actually been considered a help to some nations because of the weapons he sells. He is almost always on the move, doing nothing more than surviving in his own way.

Any other points: Makes his homes by tunneling deep into the sand, thus making a makeshift underground house where he can be in the darkness.

How do you not Dehydrate in Seconds?
How can you Move that thing around?
How is that Not Burning you Up its the Desert...

Intellect is Unimportant. Instinct is important, we want this RP to be AS REALISTIC AS POSSIBLE. So, by doing this, you are defying the laws of Evolution. Where instinct kicks in and Brains are suffered for Brawn and Adaptation.

The main Problem with this app is the Unrealisticness of it. You WOULDN'T have time to make this, you would be too busy hunting for food, or water.
Even if you Did have the time to Make it, you wouldn't have the time to MAINTAIN IT, to its Effectiveness. Overall, you'd be better off without a giant suit to lug around, and so much heavy Equipment
